I started "Teaching from the Heart" with the goal of supporting students who are faced with reading and writing challenges. As a certified Reading Specialist, Orton-Gillingham Tutor, and Structured Literacy/Dyslexia Interventionist, I am able to provide individualized lessons for students with research-based instructional practices known as the Orton-Gillingham approach.
